GIFTING

  • Please do! If there is an item you love or an idea you have for future gift boxes, please let us know using the contact form! We are always open to learning about products you are interested in or passionate about.

  • That's the goal! Additional gift box collections are currently in the works.

  • Periodically, yes! Based on current trends, seasonal changes, inventory changes, customer feedback, and new inspirations, the products inside the gift boxes are subject to change! Website product photos will always reflect anything that changes and remain updated. If there are items you love and don't want to see gone, please send a message in so we can consider the feedback as gift box products and collections update throughout time.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

  • After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email regarding your purchase. If no email is received, please contact us!

  • Simply use the tracking number provided within your order confirmation email to see real-time updates on your delivery status!

  • You can expect to receive your order promptly! We aim to dispatch gift boxes within 48 hours of receiving your order, with delivery times depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Once your box is on its way, you’ll receive tracking details for updates.

  • At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. However, we are working on expanding and hope to offer international shipping in the near future. Stay tuned for updates!

  • Our return policy allows returns within 14 days of receiving your order. If your gift box arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us with photos, and we can offer a replacement, exchange, credit, or refund. For cancellations or amendments, reach out as soon as possible — orders can’t be changed once dispatched. Return shipping costs apply if returning due to dissatisfaction.
